Organized by the Port of Rotterdam Authority, a delegation from PAT (Port Authority of Thailand) paid a visit to the Port of Rotterdam. During a tour through the Port of Rotterdam, STC International provided a presentation regarding capacity building and had subsequent fruitful meetings with the responsible HR staff of PAT regarding possible ways of collaboration in this regard.
